　　城市的空間和配套設計如何塑造生活與想像？逼仄的唐樓劏房、大量興建的公共屋邨及較新落成的衛星城市，象徵著香港不同時期的發展，箇中的侷限亦牽引出各種的文學作品。本期《字花》以「丈量居所」為題，從作家、藝術工作者及攝影師等不同視角，探索居所與民生發展的演變過程，邀請讀者共同思索建築、居住空間與文學的關係。

Aboard the Sky Casino, Sigma of the "Decay of Angels" confronts Teruko of the Hunting Dogs! Lacking a combat-oriented Ability, Sigma uses every means at his disposal to back Teruko into a corner.

Inside Anne's room, Atsushi and his friends are searching for a chance to counterattack.

Meanwhile, as Tachihara continues to search the interior of the Sky Casino for evidence of terrorist activity, a certain piece of evidence comes to light...?!

As Atsushi and Kyoka struggle on while continuing to believe in the "restoration of the Armed Detective Agency", they obtain information from a certain someone who had given them a warning earlier.

They then infiltrate the Sky Casino, a massive entertainment facility managed by Sigma, a member of the "Decay of Angels".

Meanwhile, Jono and the other Hunting Dogs finally catch up to the white tiger, and dispatch the infiltration specialist Tachihara and the fearsome Deputy commander Teruko to the Casino.

Separated from their comrades, Atsushi and Kyoka visit their former foe, Fitzgerald, in order to use the "Eyes of God" to locate Mushitaro, their own lead.

Dostoyesvsky has infected both Fukuzawa and Mori with the virus ability, 'Cannibalism'.

To save the life of one, the other must be killed in the next 48 hours. Under the cruel condition, the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia engage in all-out conflict to protect their respective leaders.

As Atsushi and Kunikida struggle to prevent bloodshed, Dostoyevsky interferes as if to mock them. The battle lines are drawn; Kyoka vs. Akutagawa, Ranpo vs. Chuya—!

Is there no way out of this predicament other than to dance to the tune played by the scheming "Devil"...?!! 

Kyoka, now an official member of the Armed Detective Agency, is given a work request from an anonymous client. But while Kyoka and Atsushi are investigating, Montgomery gets in the way...!
