我是一名在新加坡工作與生活的插畫師和平面設計師,並深信創作能透過視覺敘事(visual storytelling)與人們產生共鳴。通過業餘創作和內容創作所累積的創業、品牌設立、商品化,以及社媒管理(見IG賬號 @meetmito)的經驗,我確信自己善於創作別出心裁的敘事。

「meetmito」的故事始於2016年12月,當時它作為一個網絡漫畫人物出現,描述了一來地球探索的綠色的古怪外星史萊姆。起初,這只是為了娛樂朋友和家人進行的有趣嘗試,但由於在電報(Telegram)軟體上的貼紙受到大家青睞,並且全球使用次數超過380萬次,無疑增添了「mito」的魅力。有鑑於此,我開始愛上了使用輕鬆和搞怪讓「mito」出現在新加坡人的日常生活裡。

目前,我在一家跨國製藥公司擔任創意設計師,負責為不同品牌創作和設計各種材料。

業餘時,我喜歡探索新的藝術媒介——近日開始使用Blender(設計軟體,無中文翻譯),並為「mito構思新創意。這個創作出口繼續激發我的熱情和創意。同時,我也接受委託工作,使我的設計功力更上一層樓。

Brand & Artist Introduction

I'm a Singapore-based illustrator and graphic designer, deeply passionate about visual storytelling that resonates with people. With a background in entrepreneurship, branding, merchandising, and social media management gained through freelancing and content creation (check out my work on @meetmito), I'm all about crafting unique stories.

Speaking of which, meetmito sprang to life in December 2016 as a webcomic featuring a quirky green alien blob navigating Earth. What began as an amusing endeavor for friends and family blossomed into a sensation, thanks to its beloved Telegram stickers. These stickers have since been used over 3.8 million times worldwide, adding to mito's charm.  I fell in love with depicting everyday, Singaporean experiences in a quirky, lighthearted manner through mito as a medium!

Currently, I'm a Creative Designer at a multinational pharmaceutical company,entrusted with the creation and design of a diverse array of materials that bolster various brands.

Off duty, I'm an avid explorer of new artistic realms (recently delving into Blender) and a generator of fresh ideas for mito. This creative sanctuary continues to fuel my passion and innovation. I also take on commissioned work to continue expanding and developing my craft.
